Samsung N150 has the new Atom 550 Dual Core processor. But Do be aware that there are two processor variants of the N150, the Atom-N550 (dual core) processor and the Atom-N450 (single core). Also it has 250gb Hard drive/ DDr3 Ram and Excellent WiFi with also the benefit of bluetooth.
Sound is pretty good for a netbook, plugging in high quality headphones reveals a relatively quiet system with good sound. I use Reaper for music production, which it copes with very well.
